All orders cannot be modified once payment is confirmed.
Due to hygiene issues, we generally do not accept replacement requests based on "non-quality problems" such as changing colors, sizes, etc. If the product has defects/quality problems, please call / WhatsApp (852) 6600-5025 to contact customer service to apply for replacement within 7 days after receiving the product, from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. If Lockill confirms that the product is defective and eligible for product replacement, please follow Lockill customer service guidelines and send the product back with the original email receipt. When the customer make payment, it is deemed to have automatically agreed to the above terms. Lockill reserves the right of final decision.
